Pipe Probe: Reliable measurement of all products is achieved using the impedance measuring principle with hysteresis activation. By employing separation layer tube probes of various nominal diameters, the separation layer can be measured directly in the reactor or at the separation vessel outlet.
The pipe probe flanges are designed as sandwich-structured probes, featuring a PTFE inner body and a hard-anodized aluminum housing with PTFE inclusion (ALTEF coating). Emulsion layers, phase inversion, conductive organic phases during separation, heavy contamination, and even the smallest density differences are automatically, quickly, and reliably detected through dynamic measurement monitoring.
